Make Your Myth Productions was founded in 2023 in New York City. Our mission is to create and share stories through cinema that explore the extreme ups and downs of humanity. We want to facilitate more acceptance in our world and give voices to people who feel voiceless. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, inclusive, sustainable, and transparent experience throughout the journey from pre-production to set to screen. We believe in diversity of all types and that every person deserves human rights. Let’s go create art.

Amy Connerley
Amy Connerley (She/Her) founded Make Your Myth Productions in 2023 to create stories of all types and genres. She has a passion for creating impactful stories and breaking the typical tropes in the entertainment industry. She loves making people laugh and believes art heals the hardest days we go through as humans.
Amy is a multi-hyphenate based in NYC and strives to learn something new to better herself every day. She is an actor, writer, director, and choreographer with over 20 years of experience on the stage, screen and behind the scenes. She also has an extensive background in vocal performance, songwriting, social media management, and marketing. She began writing music at a very young age, and in 2020, released her first single, On Our Own, which accumulated over 25,000 streams on Spotify. After establishing herself in New York, she pursued her love of comedy at UCB in sketch writing where she finally learned how to encapsulate her humor on the page....we hope.
Amy graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing. She was brought in to give presentations on Creativity in Business in both Moscow, Russia and Hong Kong. She has interned in Social Media/Marketing in New York City and Cape Town, South Africa and has worked as a marketing consultant for many businesses and brands. Amy always emphasizes messages of acceptance and finding joy in everyday life.
